Our Story...

Manna Pizza Food Truck was created by Roberto Vidal in the summer of 2024 in the city of West Palm Beach, Florida.

 

Roberto began to visualize and conceptualize his perfect pizza food truck in early retirement. Within 6 months, he made his dreams a reality.  Roberto built an innovative food truck inspired by his Cuban roots and love for Italian pizza. 

 

Roberto knew that he still needed the support of his family to complete his journey. It was then that he decided to incorporate his sister and his wife, Maria and Jamie respectively, in the preparation and running of the food truck business.
 

The Vidal family strives to show their love for God and their community by providing good quality in their food, service, and prices.
